Abstract
U.S.military industrial complex has occupied a pivotal position in U.S.politics, especially in the formulation of U.S.China policy. Since the end of the Cold War, it has exerted direct influences on U.S.government’s China policy by advocating“China threat,”drumming up support from the Congress for giving military assistance to Taiwan and peddling to the U.S.Government for practicing “double standards”on non-proliferation and other aspects.
