Abstract
The U. S. Congress is the core of the U. S. political system. Since the end of the Cold War , the Congress has been influencing American foreign policy greatly , including Sino-U. S. relations and cross-Strait relations. The studies on U. S. Congress and American domestic politics play a crucial role in American studies and studies on Sino2U. S. relations. This paper puts forward a framework of studies on U. S. Congress and Sino-U. S. relations by analyzing systematically the Congressional studies in America and China.
