Abstract

The current global digital governance suffers from a serious deficit which is worsening the digital imbalance, increasing digital risks, and hindering the digital economy's development. The problem can even spill over into other areas and trigger far-reaching global problems in other domains. Apart from continuous contributions to the infrastructure, institutional and shared philosophical foundation of digital governance, China constantly works to make global governance fairer and more equitable and advances toward achieving good global digital governance and building a digital community with a shared future.
