【Abstract】 After the Cold War,the United States has been strengthening its Asia Pacific alliance to cope with the rapidly changing situation in the Asia Pacific region and maintain its leadership in the region. With the prominence of the strategic value of cyberspace, in order to strengthen the cybersecurity, maintain the cyberspace dominance and contain the rise of China, the United States is integrating cyberspace into the cooperation with the Asia Pacific allies through collaboration in cyber intelligence, strengthening the military cooperation in cyberspace, shaping cybersecurity environment, coordinating the cyber policy based on Internet freedom and security. The U.S. strengthening cybersecurity cooperation with the Asia Pacific allies is a natural extension of the  “Asia Pacific rebalancing” strategy and a part of its international strategy for cyberspace. For the Asia Pacific allies, a variety of interests, such as dealing with the turbulent regional security situation, the rise of China and the competition for regional dominance, have become the driving forces for their cooperation with the United States. At the same time, the deviation of the allies' obligation and the appeal of the national interest, the monitoring of the allies by the United States and the uncertainty of Trump's policy have weakened the basis of the cooperation between the United States and its Asia Pacific allies to some extent. The U.S. tactics of strengthening cyber cooperation with the Asia Pacific allies have a series of negative effects on China's cybersecurity and national security, and therefore should be actively dealt with.

【Key Words】 cyberspace, cybersecurity cooperation, Asia-Pacific alliance, rebalances in Asia-Pacific
