Along with the better understanding of cyberscurity and continuing collision of bilateral cyber policies, the two governments shared the willingness to control differences, reached the consensus of the commitment of no engaging in and no supporting economic cyber espionage activities. The rising competition in China-U.S. relationships caused frequent struggles in the control over the cyberspace and the discourse right in cyber governance; thus, the cyber disputes concerning economic competition and security contest will emerge continually.
