Abstract

This paper analyses the new geopolitics in the Globalization Era as well as China’s new geopolitics. Chinese new geopolitics is made of two parts : the Harmonious Asia Concept and the Harmonious World Concept . The former consists of four basic aspects and four directions ; the latter is of the core philosophy of the Chinese new geopolitics in the spirit of peace , development and cooperation. It adheres to the peaceful development road and independent peaceful foreign policy and sticks to the mutual2benefits and win-win open-up strategy which aims at building a harmonious world with joint efforts of other counties.
