22th May 2008: Walter Mead,Senior Fellow of U.S. Council on Foreign Relations and the Delegation visit CAS.Walter Mead holds a lecture called "The Future of American Foreign Policy".Mead firstly retrospects the Grand Strategy of Netherlands，Great Britain and US. Then he analyses the tendency of American's regional strategy, espencially in Europe,Middle East and East Asia.
