September 18th, New Dehhi, India, Zhang Jiadong Acoompandied President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan to Gandhi's tomb to memorialize him. Zhang Jiadong is on secondment to Chinese Embassy in India from 2013 to 2015.
