On December 12th, Professor Cai Cuihong, as the only representative from China, was invited by Korean National Diplomatic Academy(KNDA) to paticipate in the annually-held "2018 IFANS Conference on Global Affairs" themed with New Horizons in Korean Diplomacy: Challenges, Issues, Responses in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, addressing the keynote presentation on the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Chinese Diplomacy.
