Prof. Cai Cuihong was invited to give a talk at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University of India on Sep. 30, 2016. The topic of her talk is " China's Cyber Strategy and US-China Cyber Relations". About 60 faculty members and students listened to the talk and engaged in the Q&A discussion for nearly two hours.
