Prof. Cuihong CAI participated in the 18th Asian Security Conference in New Delhi which was sponsored by Institute for Defence Studies& Analyses of India on Feb. 9-11, 2016. The theme of this year's conference is on "Securing Cyberspace: Asian and International Perspectives". As the only representative from China, Prof. CAI spoke on "Global Cybersecurity Environment: Perspectives of the US and China in Comparison".
