On the afternoon of May 10th, the former Director of East Asian Studies at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies of Monterey Institute of International Studies, Dr. Phillip Saunders gave a leture intitled "Bridge over Troubled Water? -- Envisioning  a Mainland China-Taiwan Peace Agreement". He now serves at the Institute for National Strategic Studies of the U.S. National Defense University. The session was chaired by CAS Director, Professor Shen Dingli.
