Chinese Think Tanks Influence Report(2018) driven and supported by big data was officially released on November 25th, in which Center for American Studies, Fudan University has been shortlisted and ranked as one of the Top 10 Influential Think Tanks in Chinese Institutes of Higher Learning.

　　Initiated by Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences, Chengdu Library and Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences,  the Report introduces and adopts comprehensive and disciplined approaches via the method of integrating objective indexes with subjective assessment to evaluate and analyze the influential capabilities of 480 think tanks throughout China, incorporating the measurements of decision-making, specialties, public opinion, social and global influence, etc.　

　　In recent years, the Center for American Studies at Fudan University has performed exceptionally well in various appraisals and rankings of its kind, taking the leading position in ratings and evaluation conducted in The AMI Research and Comprehensive Evaluation Report on Chinese Think Tanks issued by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Chinese Think Tank Index started by Nanjing University and Guangming Daily, as well as Chinese Think Tanks Report launched by Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.
