On May 1-2, 2019, Professor CAI Cuihong participated in the "Second Inter-Regional Conference on Cyber/ICT Security-Regional Responses to Global Challenges" which was co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). As the only representative from China, Prof. CAI gave a talk on "International Cooperation on Cybersecurity: Retrospect and Prospect" under the theme of Global Advancements through (Inter-)Regional Efforts.
