On the afternoon of November 9th, 2020, Mr. James Heller, career member of the U.S. Senior Foreign Service cum Consul General at the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai and the entourage visited the Center for American Studies at Fudan University. Professor Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Studies and Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University met with the consular delegates in courteous reception.
