On January 30, 2026, Elsevier released its 2025 list of “Highly Cited Chinese Researchers.” Professor Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Studies and Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, was once again named to the list, marking his sixth consecutive selection since 2020. Professors Chen Zhimin and Tang Shiping of Fudan were also named to the list in the political science category.
