On March 25, 2025, Elsevier released its 2024 list of “Highly Cited Chinese Researchers.” Professor Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Studies and Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, was once again named to the list. This marks the fifth consecutive year that Professor Wu has been selected since 2020.

Also included in the political science category from Fudan University are Professor Chen Zhimin and Professor Tang Shiping.
